By accessing or using the HeyHi platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HeyHi is a smart scheduling assistant that integrates with Slack, Jira, Confluence, your calendar, and other tools to help you schedule meetings efficiently. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. HeyHi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: violating any applicable laws, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service to send spam or unauthorized communications.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Atlassian, Google Calendar). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. HeyHi is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by HeyHi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyHi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
